Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement submitted through our official dispute and complaint platform:

Your statement should include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Email address used for the order
  • Order number
  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal via the platform.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us).
  • The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and inspected their condition.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The return address will be provided to you after you submit your withdrawal request through the platform.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Products Excluded from Withdrawal

Currently, we do not sell any goods that are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal (e.g., personalized or custom-made products).
