These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Empire Club GmbH and consumers who make purchases in our online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A binding contract is only concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email from us.

The shipment of goods before the order confirmation is sent does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

5. Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within up to 2 business days after receipt of the order confirmation.

Delivery times may be extended due to international logistics, customs processes, or external factors.

6. Prices, Taxes and Payment Methods

All prices listed on our website include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify’s payment providers.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

8. Return Costs

In the event of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

9. Warranty

We provide a statutory warranty period of 2 years in accordance with German law.

The customer is obliged to report any defects without delay.

Excluded from the warranty are:

  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Alterations or modifications to the goods
  • Use contrary to the intended purpose

10. Liability

Empire Club GmbH is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping providers
  • Delays or interventions by customs authorities
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (address, contact details, etc.)
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Mandatory statutory liability claims remain unaffected.

11. Official Platform for Disputes and Complaints

For all complaints, disputes, or inquiries related to orders, only our official platform must be used:

Only cases submitted through this platform will be processed.

Email inquiries are not considered a formal communication channel and will not be taken into account in dispute proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
